A fundamental principle has been and will remain that we should in our specialist field provide a service and expertise which is unrivalled. Backhouse Claims Control is responsible exclusively to pursue diligently and skilfully all claims related matters on our clients behalf.
Where appropriate we will agree and set up from inception procedures for the notification, reporting and investigating of claims, which provides for prompt and efficient attention by Client / Broker / Insurer and causes minimum inconvenience and concern to our client.
We have the technical knowledge and experience to both advise our client and to negotiate on their behalf. Where appropriate we provide our attendance on site, at meetings in liaising with Adjusters or Insurers, to ensure our clients interests are fully protected.
Our use of sophisticated computer systems and records is made fully available to our clients both for claims information and in Risk Management assistance. We pursue uninsured loss recovery matters on our clients behalf and provide our service in disputes 0f a contractual or statutory nature.
